Rainy Window Seat

Rain runs down a window above a cosy window seat. The seat has a blue cushion, two blue pillows, a green blanket and a green book. A leafy plant grows in an orange pot at the side. Big, simple shapes make it easy for a relaxed session. Your paint stays inside the lines, so the blue pillows won't spill onto the glass.

How to paint it

1. Choose Watercolour for a soft look or Oil for a bolder one. Make the brush big and paint the window glass blue. Add the darker patches with Darker.
2. Paint the walls cream and the window frame and seat gold. Paint the floor brown and add the shade under the seat with Darker.
3. Paint the cushion and pillows blue, then add their shade with Darker.
4. Paint the blanket and book green, then shade the blanket folds with Darker. Paint the pot orange.
5. Paint the plant leaves green, then add their shade with Darker. Dab the raindrops pale blue with Gouache.
