Evening Café

Evening falls over a hillside town, seen from a small café table. A lamp glows beside a glass of wine and a cup of coffee. Below, a stone street shines with lamp light. It suits a long painting with lots of detail. Your paint isn't kept inside the lines, so go slowly near the edges.

How to paint it

1. Choose Watercolour for a soft look or Oil for a bolder one. Make the brush big and paint the sky soft orange. Zoom in and use a small brush near the edges.
2. Paint the top half of the sky deep blue. Tap Texture twice and choose Clouds. Dab pink clouds near the hills.
3. Go back to your brush. Paint the far hills soft blue and the walls and houses warm gold. If paint goes over a line, tap Undo.
4. Paint the street grey-blue. Paint the table and chairs warm brown, with Darker underneath. Paint the wine deep red and the book dark green.
5. Tap Texture twice and choose Foliage. Dab the ivy green, the tall trees dark green and the flowers coral.
6. Add the lamp posts, bottles and railing with the Pencil and the darkest colour. Dab the lamp glow and white flowers with Gouache in the palest cream.
