Harvest Table

A big orange pumpkin sits on a table with a striped squash and three pears. Nearby are a basket of red apples, walnuts and a cream jug of leaves. It's a good next step once you've painted a few. Your paint stays inside the lines, so the pumpkin won't spill onto the pears.

How to paint it

1. Choose Watercolour for a soft look or Oil for a bolder one. Make the brush big and paint the wall cream. Paint the table light brown, then add its board lines with Darker.
2. Paint the cloth light blue, then add its folds with Darker. Paint the jug cream and its stripes light blue.
3. Paint the pumpkin orange, then add the shade between its ribs with Darker. Paint the basket golden brown, then add the shade in its weave with Darker.
4. Paint the pears yellow, the apples red and the squash orange with green stripes. Add the shade on each with Darker.
5. Paint the leaves olive green, then add their shade with Darker. Paint the walnuts brown, then add their creases with Darker. Add the stems with the Pencil and the darkest colour.
