Garden After Rain

After the rain, a stone garden path shines with puddles. Blue hydrangeas, pink roses and purple lavender grow beside it. A hilltop town sits far away under white clouds. It's for when you want a longer painting with lots of detail. Here your paint isn't kept inside the lines, so take it slowly near the edges.

How to paint it

1. Choose Watercolour for a soft look or Oil for a bolder one. Zoom in and use a small brush near the edges. Make the brush big and paint the open sky blue, round the clouds.
2. Tap Texture twice and choose Clouds. Dab the clouds cream, with light grey underneath. If paint goes over a line, tap Undo.
3. Go back to your brush. Paint the far hills soft blue, the hilltop town light brown and the slopes green. Paint the cypress trees dark green.
4. Paint the puddles on the path pale blue. Paint the stones, the house and the low wall light brown. Add the gaps between the stones with Darker.
5. Paint the pots orange-brown and the shutters blue-grey. Tap Texture twice and choose Foliage. Dab the bushes and leaves green, then dark green in the shade.
6. Go back to your brush. Paint the hydrangeas blue, the roses and big daisies pink, and the lavender purple. Dab white flowers in pale cream with Gouache, and add the lantern with the Pencil.
