Bear’s Breakfast Kitchen

In a sunny kitchen, a brown bear in a green apron stirs pancake batter. A stack of pancakes and a jar of strawberry jam wait on the table. Trees glow through the window. It's a good next step once you've painted a few. Your paint stays inside the lines, so the brown fur won't run onto the green apron.

How to paint it

1. Choose Watercolour for a soft look or Oil for a bolder one. Make the brush big and paint the wall cream. Paint the sky in the window soft blue.
2. Tap Texture twice and choose Foliage. Dab the trees outside green and light gold.
3. Go back to your brush. Paint the cupboards, window frame, counter and table light brown. Add the shade under the cupboards with Darker.
4. Paint the bowl blue, the apron sage green and the plant leaves green. Paint the pancakes gold, the jam red and the pot orange-brown.
5. Paint the bear brown. Tap Texture twice and choose Fur. With Darker, add short strokes the way the fur grows.
6. Add the eyes, nose, spoon and towel stripes with the Pencil. Dab a white shine on the bowl and the jam jar with Gouache.
