Beach Sunset

The sun sets over the sea, with a gold path across the water. Pink clouds float above, and white waves roll onto a sandy beach. In front, a rope fence runs along a sandy path with pink flowers. Pick it when you want a long painting with lots of detail. Your paint isn't kept inside the lines, so go slowly near the edges.

How to paint it

1. Choose Watercolour for a soft look or Oil for a bolder one. Make the brush big and paint the sky peach, with blue at the top. Zoom in and use a small brush near the edges.
2. Paint the clouds lavender and pink. Paint the far hills soft blue and the sun gold. If paint goes over a line, tap Undo.
3. Paint the sea blue-green, then the far water with Darker. Tap Texture twice and choose Water. Brush ripples over the sea.
4. Go back to your brush. Paint the sand and path pale sand colour, and the posts brown. Paint the cliffs and rocks light brown, with grey in the shade.
5. Tap Texture twice and choose Foliage. Dab the grass and bushes sage green, and the pines dark green. Dab pink flowers by the path.
6. Add the rope between the posts with the Pencil. Paint the white wave tops with Gouache in the palest cream. Dab sparkles under the sun too.
