A big yellow sunflower turns towards a fuzzy bumblebee flying past. Big green leaves grow from the stem, and white clouds float above. The shapes are big and simple, so it's a good first painting. Your paint stays inside the lines, so the yellow petals won't spill into the sky.
How to paint it
- Choose Watercolour for a soft look or Oil for a bolder one. Make the brush big and paint the sky soft blue. Add deeper blue near the top with Darker.
- Tap Texture twice and choose Clouds. Dab the clouds softly in cream.
- Go back to your brush. Paint the petals yellow and the centre brown. Add shade at the petal bases and round the centre with Darker.
- Paint the stem and leaves sage green, then add their shade with Darker. Paint the bee yellow with dark grey stripes and lavender wings.
- Tap Texture twice and choose Foliage. Dab leaves over the bushes in sage and dark green. Add the bee's eyes, legs and feelers with the Pencil.
