Breakfast by the Window

Breakfast sits on a cream table by a big window. There's a golden croissant, a blue mug of coffee and a cut orange. A pink napkin lies in front, and green hills show outside. Every shape is big and round, so it's a good first painting. Your paint stays inside the lines, so the croissant won't spill onto the white plate.

How to paint it

1. Choose Watercolour for a soft look or Oil for a bolder one. Make the brush big and paint the sky light blue. Paint the table and the window frame cream.
2. Paint the hills sage green. Tap Texture twice and choose Foliage. Dab the bushes dark green.
3. Go back to your brush. Leave the plate white, with light grey at the rim. Paint the mug blue, then add its shade with Darker.
4. Paint the croissant gold, then add shade in its folds with Darker. Paint the oranges orange, the coffee brown and the napkin pink.
5. Dab a few white clouds in the sky with Gouache. Add thin white lines in the cut oranges with Gouache too.
